CJC-1295 No DAC, also known as Modified GRF (1-29), is a synthetic
analogue of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone releasing hormone.
It carries four amino acid substitutions that slow enzymatic breakdown,
but it lacks the drug affinity complex found in the DAC version, so its
plasma half life stays short. Laboratory models use it to study pulsatile
GHRH receptor signaling.
