Peptide Zlabs, operated by ZAMP GLOBAL LLC, a Florida limited liability company, provides research-grade materials intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes. All products are not for human or animal consumption, clinical use, diagnostic use, or any other application that would violate local, state, or federal law. These materials are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any comparable regulatory authority.
You agree to use this website solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Any unauthorized attempts to interfere with the Site, access systems, scrape content, or conduct fraudulent activity are prohibited. You may view and download material from the Site for your own internal research reference only. Copying, redistributing, modifying, or reproducing website content without written consent from Peptide Zlabs is strictly prohibited.
Peptide Zlabs makes every effort to maintain accurate and current information but does not guarantee completeness or accuracy. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update product descriptions, prices, or availability at any time without notice, including after an order has been submitted. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged.
All customers must be 21 years of age or older. By ordering, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or organization familiar with chemical handling, safety procedures, and applicable regulations. You further confirm that you will not administer any product to yourself, to any other person, or to any animal, and that you will not resell, repackage, or redistribute any product. You assume full responsibility for compliance with all laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of these products.
Peptide Zlabs may refuse or cancel orders at its discretion, including when misuse or lack of qualification is suspected. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment.
All website content — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to ZAMP GLOBAL LLC and is protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
All products are sold “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptide Zlabs disclaims all express and implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any certificate of analysis reflects independent testing of a specific lot at the time of testing and is not a guarantee of suitability, stability, or safety for any research application.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptide Zlabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or its products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim. Peptide Zlabs has no liability whatsoever for any injury, illness, or loss arising from the use of any product in or on a human or animal, which is a prohibited misuse undertaken entirely at your own risk. Shipping and Payments
Peptide Zlabs ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Paid orders received before 12:00 PM Eastern Time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time or over a weekend ship the next business day. Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships.
Peptide Zlabs ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not accept international orders and do not ship to freight forwarders or package-consolidation services.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Peptide Zlabs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events once the order has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Payment in full is required before shipment. Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout. For ACH or e-Check payments, you authorize a one-time debit for the full order amount from your specified account; once authorized, these payments cannot be canceled or modified. If a payment is declined, reversed, or charged back, we may cancel the order, suspend your account, and recover amounts owed together with any costs we incur.
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are calculated at checkout where we are required to collect them.
Peptide Zlabs protects transactions using industry-standard TLS encryption. Customer data is stored securely and used for order fulfillment, payment processing, and customer service. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate, such as our payment processor and shipping carriers, and as required by law.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or our products must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises.
