Returns & Refunds

Last updated: August 23, 2026

Return window

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery on unopened, unused product in its original packaging with the tamper seal intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement. Payments made by Zelle or bank wire are refunded by Zelle. We will email you to confirm the amount and ask for the email address or phone number enrolled with your Zelle account.

Non-returnable items

Opened items, or items with a broken tamper seal, cannot be returned or refunded. This restriction exists to protect product integrity and to ensure the safety and traceability of all materials we distribute.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge at any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the standard return policy above applies.
