Peptide Zlabs
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ZAMP GLOBAL LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Peptide Zlabs (“Peptide Zlabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit peptidezlabs.com or place an order with us.
We collect only what we need to process your order, ship it, support you, understand how our site is used, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly.
When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, billing address, order contents, and the certifications you make at checkout confirming your age and researcher status. If you contact support, we retain the content of that correspondence.
Newsletter signups.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the first name and email address you enter, together with your IP address and the date and time of your signup. Because we use confirmed opt in, we also record the date and time you clicked the confirmation link in the email we sent you. We keep this record as evidence that you asked to receive our emails. Your subscriber record is stored in our own website database. The only third party involved is our email delivery provider, named below, which handles the sending of each message.
Payment Information.
We accept payment by Zelle and bank wire transfer. When you pay, we receive the name on the account the payment came from, the reference or confirmation number, and the amount and date. We use this only to match your payment to your order. We never receive your full account number, routing number, or your banking login.
Information collected automatically.
Like most websites, our hosting environment records standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used for security, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention.
Analytics and attribution information.
We use third-party analytics services that collect your IP address, approximate location derived from it, the pages and products you view, and how you arrived at our site, including the referring website and any campaign parameters in the link you followed. These services are described under Cookies and Tracking.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to process, fulfill, and ship your orders; to communicate with you about an order, including confirmations, tracking, and delivery issues; to verify that you meet the eligibility requirements in our Terms of Service; to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, and misuse of our products; to respond to your questions and support requests; to send you our newsletter, if you subscribed to it and confirmed your subscription; to understand how visitors use our site so that we can improve it; to maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site; and to comply with our tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you.
How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only with the parties necessary to run our business, and only to the extent required for them to perform their function:
Your bank and ours, which carry out the transfer when you pay by Zelle or by wire. Our shipping carriers, to deliver your order, which requires your name, address, and contact details. Our web hosting provider, which stores site and order data on our behalf. Amazon Web Services, Inc., which operates Amazon Simple Email Service, our email delivery provider. When we send you a newsletter, your email address and the content of that message pass through Amazon’s servers in order to be delivered. Amazon also reports back to us whether a message bounced or was marked as spam, which we use to keep our list clean. Amazon acts on our instructions and does not use your information for its own purposes. Google LLC, which receives technical and usage information through Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, and Google Fonts, each described under Cookies and Tracking. Automattic Inc., which operates the Jetpack service on our site, receives your IP address and browser information when images on our pages load from its content delivery network, and collects visitor statistics through Jetpack Stats. Our professional advisors, such as accountants and attorneys, where reasonably necessary.
We may also disclose information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with applicable law, a subpoena, a court order, or a lawful request from a government or regulatory authority; to enforce our Terms of Service; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Peptide Zlabs, our customers, or others. If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising campaigns and we do not disclose your personal information to third parties in exchange for money or other valuable consideration.
Cookies and Tracking
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use both essential cookies, which the Site needs in order to work, and non-essential cookies for analytics and attribution.
Essential cookies.
These keep the Site functioning and cannot be switched off. The age_gate cookie remembers that you confirmed you are 21 or older. The woocommerce and wp_woocommerce_session cookies keep your cart and session working. The cmplz cookies store your cookie preferences.
Analytics and attribution cookies.
The _ga and _ga_Q61BEG5MXL cookies are set by Google Analytics and measure visits, pages viewed, and traffic sources. The sbjs cookies are set by WooCommerce order attribution and record the referral source and any campaign parameters of your visit so that we can attribute orders. The tk_ai, tk_or, tk_lr and tk_r3d cookies are set by Automattic and collect usage statistics for our store software.
Third-party services embedded in our pages.
Jetpack Stats, operated by Automattic, loads a tracking pixel from stats.wp.com and records visitor statistics. The Jetpack image CDN serves images from i0.wp.com, which means your IP address and browser information are sent to Automattic on every image request. Google Fonts loads typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which sends your IP address to Google. Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from automated spam and collects your IP address, browser information, and how you move through the page. It sets a _GRECAPTCHA cookie, which is stored under google.com rather than our domain. reCAPTCHA is security only, it is not used for advertising, and we do not receive a profile of you from it.
Your choices.
Because we operate only in the United States, these technologies run by default and you may opt out at any time. Use the Opt-out preferences link in our footer to change your choices. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, we treat that as an opt-out request automatically.
You can also install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block and delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from completing a purchase.
Data Retention
We retain order and customer records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to satisfy our tax, accounting, and legal recordkeeping obligations, which generally require us to keep transaction records for several years after a sale. We retain records relating to age and researcher certifications for the same period, as evidence that we verified eligibility at the time of sale. We keep newsletter subscriber records until you unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we retain your email address and the fact that you opted out so that we do not contact you again by mistake, and we keep the original opt in record as evidence of the consent that applied at the time.
Technical logs and analytics data are retained for a shorter period, typically only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, and measurement purposes.
Security
We protect information transmitted to and from the Site using industry-standard TLS encryption, and we limit access to customer data to those who need it to perform their work.
No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly at support@peptidezlabs.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your Choices and Data Rights
You may request to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct information that is inaccurate, or to delete your information. Send your request to support@peptidezlabs.com from the email address associated with your order, and we will respond within thirty (30) days.
Please note that we cannot delete information we are required to retain for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or other legal purposes, including records of completed transactions and the certifications you made at checkout. We will tell you if this applies to your request. To change your cookie and tracking preferences, use the Opt-out preferences link in our footer.
Our newsletter is opt in only. You receive it only if you subscribed and then confirmed by clicking the link in the confirmation email we sent you. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link and a link to manage which lists you are on. Neither requires you to log in or to give a reason, and unsubscribe requests take effect immediately. Transactional messages about an order you placed, such as confirmations and shipping notices, are not promotional and cannot be opted out of while the order is being fulfilled.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children. Our Terms of Service require every customer to be at least 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe someone under 21 has provided us information, contact us at support@peptidezlabs.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted to the Site, and we will update the “Last Updated” date. If we make a material change to how we collect or share your information, we will provide prominent notice on the Site.
