Peptide Zlabs
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ZAMP GLOBAL LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Peptide Zlabs (“Peptide Zlabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit peptidezlabs.com or place an order with us.
We collect only what we need to process your order, ship it, support you, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, billing address, order contents, and the certifications you make at checkout confirming your age and researcher status. If you contact support, we retain the content of that correspondence.
Payment information. Payment card and bank account details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. Peptide Zlabs does not receive or store full payment card numbers or bank account credentials on its own systems. We receive only confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, such as the last four digits of the card and the authorization result.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting environment records standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used for security, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to process, fulfill, and ship your orders; to communicate with you about an order, including confirmations, tracking, and delivery issues; to verify that you meet the eligibility requirements in our Terms of Service; to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, and misuse of our products; to respond to your questions and support requests; to maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site; and to comply with our tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you.
How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only with the parties necessary to run our business, and only to the extent required for them to perform their function:
Our payment processor, to authorize and settle your transaction. Our shipping carriers, to deliver your order, which requires your name, address, and contact details. Our web hosting provider, which stores site and order data on our behalf. Our professional advisors, such as accountants and attorneys, where reasonably necessary.
We may also disclose information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with applicable law, a subpoena, a court order, or a lawful request from a government or regulatory authority; to enforce our Terms of Service; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Peptide Zlabs, our customers, or others. If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently use third-party analytics providers, advertising pixels, or social media trackers on our Site. If that changes, we will update this Policy and post notice on the Site before the change takes effect.
Cookies and Tracking
We use only essential cookies — small files that allow the Site to function. These support your shopping cart, keep you signed in during a session, and protect against fraudulent or automated activity. Without them, the Site will not work correctly.
We do not currently use advertising, analytics, or profiling cookies. Because we do not track you across third-party websites, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings, though blocking essential cookies will prevent you from completing a purchase.
Data Retention
We retain order and customer records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to satisfy our tax, accounting, and legal recordkeeping obligations, which generally require us to keep transaction records for several years after a sale. We retain records relating to age and researcher certifications for the same period, as evidence that we verified eligibility at the time of sale.
Technical logs are retained for a shorter period, typically only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting purposes.
Security
We protect information transmitted to and from the Site using industry-standard TLS encryption, and we limit access to customer data to those who need it to perform their work.
No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly at support@peptidezlabs.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your Choices and Data Rights
You may request to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct information that is inaccurate, or to delete your information. Send your request to support@peptidezlabs.com from the email address associated with your order, and we will respond within thirty (30) days.
Please note that we cannot delete information we are required to retain for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or other legal purposes, including records of completed transactions and the certifications you made at checkout. We will tell you if this applies to your request.
If we send you promotional email in the future, every message will include an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time. Transactional messages about an order you placed — such as confirmations and shipping notices — are not promotional and cannot be opted out of while the order is being fulfilled.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children. Our Terms of Service require every customer to be at least 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at support@peptidezlabs.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted to the Site, and we will update the “Last Updated” date below. If we make a material change — for example, if we begin using analytics or advertising trackers — we will provide prominent notice on the Site before the change takes effect.
